Competitiveness Package -- Barrasso Motion to Instruct

Barrasso, R-Wyo., motion to instruct Senate conferees to insist on the inclusion of provisions that would require the immediate development of an oil and gas leasing program through 2027 that provides at least two oil and gas leases in the Gulf of Mexico and Alaska regions of the outer continental shelf per calendar year, including at least one lease annually in the Gulf of Mexico region.
