Fiscal 2022 Budget Reconciliation Bill -- Motion to Commit

Collins, R-Maine, motion to commit the bill to the Senate Finance Committee with instructions that it be reported back with an amendment that would prohibit the use of funds appropriated by the bill for the IRS to hire new employees until 90 percent of current employees are working in person.
